Removed all but FB and +1 (in Changelog)

Now on forums only +1 and Facebook show up, I figure that's for the best since the others don't get much use on here anyways. Also it's a single step process now, so you don't have to click a bunch of buttons to like or +1 something.

FYI, the FB button spacing is a little wonky in Opera (about 50% too low compared to the Google one, which looks fine).

now fb is aligned to the left and +1 is indented a quarter of the total distance across from the right..
