Anyone else having troubles? (in General)

I can't get cb to load. Anyone else having these problems. I get some things like forums, but not the whole game and chat and everything. Just wondering if it is me or everyone.

I've got chat and sometimes I can get through on the regular stuff, but it keeps on lagging until it times out for me.
