What poop is going on around here? Don't like a crappy name? Well smooth over an admin with some money and they may be inclined to change that stinker of a name ahead of time back in the day. (Just to follow the time travel theme)

Haha... so CB has a templated page generator for warnings. Depending on if you tell it that the warning is from user input or otherwise, you get that extra "go back and try again" stuff.

Now, it actually has been 30 days, and it still won't let me change it. :(

it is probably like most other things on cb, this is the 30th day right now so the feature will be available after cache flush. which means by this time tomorrow you should be able to change it.
