So I found my old steam account. Looks like it still has all the half life stuff on it. So question... Is there an automated way to move all of the games -- including save files -- to a different computer?

Ahhh, Steam :) There's quite a few quality F2P games on there now too. Team Fortress 2 is at the top of the list, of course. I also have enjoyed Spiral Knights.
What the heck is F2P? Have I really been away from games for that long? It's only been like... 3 years :P
Also, depending on the game you are playing, it may have steam cloud support for save games. Although considering it is half-life 1 or so, you might want to make backups of the save files somewhere else.
