Possible bug with AoJ and SB (in General)

I have an AoJ and tried spellboosters on Thing 2.

With them on I get DD is 14,868,012

Without them, same items I get DD is 14,868,058. Tattoo likely leveled up when I unequipped them.

Is there a bug?. The SB should give 3% to DD.

When I put on AG +12, I get DD level of 16,503,577.

It's no bug. Its the case of net penalties being set to 0. If you were originally at -3% or lower then SB will not add any levels.

Ah, I guess if I remove my MS, then I should see the increase.
