So I think I plugged all the holes where CB would graciously delete all of the characters on an account, leaving the account in a bad state. I then went through and generated new random empty characters for each of the 400+ accounts in that situation.

used to be a problem of when people didn't log in for looooong periods of time, the characters were lost.
