What class in Diablo 3? (in Off-topic)

Hey guys wondering for those of you that plan to get D3 when it comes out (god only knows when); what class will you be playing? I'm thinking wizard or demon hunter. The witch class doesn't fit me role playing wise. The barbarian seems a little boring. The monk is kind of cool, but I'm just not favoring it. What do you guys think?

I am sure I'll play for years, so I'll play them all.

I need to see a lot of game play of the wizard, I've watched a lot of beta of about every other class, but not the wizard. But, the demon hunter looks soooooooo cool.

I'll be playing every class at some point as well but I'm going to start off as either the Demon Hunter or Monk, though the wizard looks quite interesting and I never played with the spell casters all that much in D2, so he might be a reason to try something new.

I've heard that in the beta they are a lot better than the other classes. From what I've seen they are pretty good.

God only knows when Diablo comes... so Jesus can finish him. Fatality, Flawless Victory.

Probably a Barbarian first, don't have to think too much for that. ;)

Is anyone going to play Torchlight 2 in the interim (depending on unannounced release dates for both, obviously)?

If by Torchlight 2 you mean Skyrim, then yes...

If they have an in game system for mic's I'll probably use it.

As for what class, I'm probably more likely to choose barb.

Why is everyone playing the barb. From what I've seen it seems kind of boring.

I would probably pick Barb for the first class I play as just because I've always picked tank-like classes. Regardless of whether it looks boring or not. I think almost everyone intends to play every class at some point anyway.

I played a barb for years on D2, quite frankly I'm tired of him. I've looked at all the stuff he can do in D3 and he's really not all that much different.. so he'll be saved for last, and in this case its not saving the best for last its "Ugh, I guess I'll play the barb now."

Well I might play monk, I know I won't be playing demon hunter though.

Why not, I understand the monk part, but why not a demon hunter possibility.

I just mean to start and as sort of the main char I'll be playing. I tend to find the ranged bow user classes not that fun.

When I first start playing, I guarantee I won't stop until I've played all 5.

Hooray for Torchlight 2! Quick Mac support and only 20 bucks, can't wait! Crawling through the Shadow Vault in Torchlight (1) with my band of skeleton warriors is getting pretty dull. *smile*

Though I don't have any gems above "Perfect", I suppose that would be something to try for!
