I am in Spring Hill Florida, pop about 10k. Middle of nowhere except it is on the west coast of FL. Doing some Locum work.

Tough day at work, but satisfying.

Worked through lunch. Going now to get dinner.

First one who posts what I am going to eat gets 100k.

Do not need the exact thing, just the type of food I am going to devour.

Yes Sushi, my favorite meal.

Had a great new roll today, a Samauri roll. Tuna, Salmon, cream cheese, avocado then deep fried. Now its my 2nd favorite.

My favorite is a Shrimp Tempura roll with eel on top.
