Question about EC (in General)

I have the following EC trained:
Ethereal Chains 6,542,782 6,446,091 3,271,411 3,223,065

Vs every other character without an AoF on their minion it casts correctly as:
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Chibi Vampire (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Kano-san (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Homicidal Maid (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Busty Sidekick (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Angelic Devil (3,271,411)
or
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on The Showgirl (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Kano-san (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Dolly's Twin (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Mrs. County, eventually (3,271,411)
The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Big Smith's Ex (4,252,828) <-AoF

But vs Joel it casts:

The Reaper cast Ethereal Chains on Security (2,944,271)

Why is it less than trained vs Joel's character only?

I have also noted my familiar and enchanters DD levels are much less vs Joel only.

Direct Damage 14,659,813 459,000

vs

Direct Damage 16,288,682 510,000

So why are my spells much lower vs only Joel?

Are you sure you didn't take off some piece of equipment that boosted EO? because vs Joel's char, the effect is exactly 90% of the normal effect casted upon other minions.

Nothing has changed between any of my fights.

And I do not see any rituals active as I typically seem a note about some outside force.

It may be a ritual that does not show on their side of the battle.

Everyone I fight in Serene Chaos shows the same.

I gots to know that ritual now.
