Does the lead minion (the one wearing the gear that gives leadership) benefit from said leadership?
Specifically I ask because I have my lead minion (a CoC mage) wearing BoFs and AoI and I want to know if my CoC is boosted by the BoFs or if it only affects "your other minions" as the HELP! page states.

No,
Only the other minions benefit as long as that minion is alive. Once it dies, then the next lead minion (if it has leadership) can provide it to the other minions on the character. And so on.
