[Fixed] (Tournament) valuable items? (in General)

^_^' I like to make a point that this system is a little odd to me. A lot of the slots in the valuable items are cluttered with tournament based items, and not Normal In Game items. Is there a reason why this is so? =< I feel that I don't have something of a goal to look forward to having a valuable item when its clearly been cleaned out by tournament based characters. Is there a way to Isolate the most valuable items STRICTLY to in game characters that are not part of a tourny?

Nat has said this is a bug that they are trying to fix. Honestly I am with you on this, even if it has to be done manually I think T-Char rankings should be wiped from the system. Just my personal opinion though.

Just a Question to the Admins. No worries I am not trying to make more work for you! How difficult would it be to classify T-Chars in their own Realm?

but what I believe she is asking for isnt what you [fixed] its that the most valuable items are still showing T charter items which no regualr charater will attain at this moment. since Tchars are in their own realm can they be filtered out from the valuable items page?

It's east to see the non tounament items sepatared from the tourney items. Click on the specific item you are looking at and you get a new list that excludes the tourney items.

Let me rephrase then Nat: How hard is it to separate the T-Char Rankings from everyone else's? (In effect making it solely for them kinda like they have their own store now.)

Since t-char are temporary by nature wouldn't it take care of all the stats issues if t-char (& their equipment along with them) were deleted (as opposed to staying retired) a few days after the tourney ended?

This would mean t-chars would still be included during the tourney and there would still be time to verify tourney results but would not show up during non-tourney times

I actually didn't completely remove tournaments from that list. I removed inactive tournaments from it. So, during a tournament, the list will still contain tournament items. They'll be flushed out within 3600 seconds (1 hour) of the tournament ending, or at cache flush.

It's still counting them towards the top 5 items even if it isn't showing them. Some items are only showing 1 top 5 item.

And we also need the separation for strongest tattoos section as well.

True but not even seeing them is a big step in the right direction! I imagine, from NSs explanation, that this would auto correct at Cache Flush.

aah, the tournament items are indeed out of the list, but they still occupy a "topspot".

I moved the "limit 5" to the correct place in the sql query, but now the page rendering takes forever. I'll have to run it by some people who are better at sql than I am.
