Weapon stat/rental for NCB and NUB opinion needed (in General)

I know that when it comes to a weapons x & + its up to the individuals needs or play style. But What I would like to ask all is what would be the ideal x to + ratio?

This is all for my next planned idea for helping the NCB/NUB players. I want to aquire melee and ranged weapons of varying x & + on a sliding scale starting at base and named rising to a limit somewhere around 50-60million(most likely un-named).

With this selection for players to use at the start of character creation and grow fast. What I would be missing is if/when a character outgrows my selection, a resource of willing players who have weapons and availability to be apart of it to fill the gaps where I have nothing.

I see lots to come out of this beyond helping character growth. From straight out weapon sales and insta deals to more forging jobs.

IS there a need for a service like this?

That way, the weapon is pure free NW, and still allows them to kill.

I would say around 30-50+ is ideal. But if most of your targets have evasion/DBs then I would just focus on having equal or more dex and not put any plus.

ok, I was looking at something like;

x1 +0 - named
x1000 +20 - roughly 10mil NW
x2000 +40
x3000 +60
x4000 +80
x5000 +100 - roughly 61mil NW

Its a small starting list.

nov did something like this once upon a time. The items were rented quite a bit from my understanding but the upkeep was a bit high. Mind you this was when we had more players than we have now.
