There were four accounts involved:
billaaa: registration at October 23 12:28 AM EDT
aifsengh: registration at October 22 5:27 PM EDT
aJohn: registration at September 26 6:03 PM EDT
andesonr: registration at September 25 11:38 AM EDT
None of them had anything at all.
We don't need them ED pills and fancy pants watches here, no sir.

Out of curiosity, which country did the IP addresses point to?

Not sure if it would do much good banning them - I received a few spam messages myself, but the offender had not logged back in after his initial spam rounds either way, so there was no point in reporting them.
Also, not sure if even IP banning would do that much good either, not like there's really a shortage of IPs you could potentially register a spamming account from, either via dynamic DNS, or via compromised machines, or any other number of things.
