It has been a while since the Clan MPR Cap was raised, I've slept since then so I don't remember an exact date. Do you guys think it is time to reassess it and possibly raise it again?
Honestly with chars getting so big from a myriad of areas I would think it time to redo it again.
Ummmm yes and no Duke. It is fixed until an Admin, NightStrike only I believe, changes it. However they do use top VPR to help determine it. Note this is what I was told roughly 3 1/2 years ago so things may have changed since then, however, I do know it doesn't change on it's own.
It changes automatically based upon the top 4 characters.
It's never been as you describe, Z. It's always been based on the top players, recomputed very often.
Weird I could have sworn that the Clan MPR Cap was changed a few years back.........

It's entirely possible that the formula was changed... for instance, in terms of how many people are considered to create some kind of moving average.
