Simple and to the point please explain why you think this? Or why any of the top players or Admins here would think this?

A dedicated player who works hard and stays on a schedule and this is the result of it they are getting? What in the hell? Seriously? So if we work our butts off it's wrong but if we do not do enough we are wrong too? How can we be right or even want to play the game when this is automatically on the horizon?

I'll tell you what would make *ME* think I might possibly be seeing a bot instead of an actual player (if I would be a mod and watching the logs, which I am not doing either) : fighting very regularly (or without any significant sleep-bound breaks), and either fairly often failing the first or even both bot check(s) or having unusually long pauses whenever a bot-check comes up (all of it on average compared to the general population's habits, reaction times, and bot check success rates, of course).

Also, the quickest way to alleviate some of the suspicions is to simply engage in conversation.

I agree Sickone, but to tell you the truth I still do not understand why this accusation has been made. Sure I set my alarm clock I get my 8 hours of sleep. I fight before my 8 hour workday and fortunately I have an Iphone to fight while at work or otherwise away from my computer. So I'm sure there are ways to see this. What they are or how to do that is not one of my strengths, I am not that computer savvy or program writer elite to know how to do that. And the only time I miss a damn bot check is when the spell guesser on my Iphone plugs in something that I didnt intend to have there.

Which might be something he is seeing on his end, me failing a bot check with the answer not even being close. NS please confirm.

He's asking because of a fight log between us, where you attacked me and lost 70+ times in a row and I was the only target you attacked during that time frame.

Also it's poor taste on your part to call out an admin on the forums, you should've just sent your response and left it at that.

Yep it's called fighting with your iPhone zoomed in on the fight button forgetting that you removed your tattoo. If you look at it I moved a lot of things around, retrained, tried different tattoos and minion positions etc after I first acquired AR. I was waiting for the "what the hell" comment but it never came so I didn't think twice about it. And you are the top of my fight list if you weren't it would have been someone else. Look I got my iPhone about two weeks ago and am getting used to the way it works, it stays on the zoomed area without adjusting unless a bot check comes it centers on that thus prompting me to respond. Thus i "assumed" i was winning. If its possible to look at how many rounds it took to lose to you it would be fairly obvious I did not have a tattoo equipped.

Ever thought of Strat testing....his New char being Gohan's old one did collect some dust as a result it did fall behind.

You lost quite a few rights when we were testing out your new strat ideas too when you first got that char. Interesting though the first conceived idea was it's a not.

Absolutely Z agreed, but seriously next time Mikel and NS just ask or pop into chat with me. EoD did the other day which is strange probably testing me cause it was a day or so after that happened but whatever it was a great conversation. But whatever lets put the conspiracy theories behind I have been straight up with all the Admins and players. As far as "calling out" an Admin I hardly suggest this was putting him on the spot. This same Admin thanked me no less than a month or so ago for the loyalty of playing and being a Jan 1st 2005 player. I was trying to build a report with NS to encourage change in CB. But that has gone to the wayside since CS was created in S&F and I dropped out of Jabberwocky. However let me point to the same loyalty that NS appreciated is the same I demonstrated when Z created the new Guild and I joined it. It has NOTHING to do against any of the great players of CB but rather loyalty to someone who recruited, retrained, strategized and invested their resources with me.

I said "looks like" I think we all know one of the Golden Rules of CB is "you are never guaranteed to win 100% of the time" I see we can all make adjustments :)

I would not fault him for doing his job. He asked a question in private. I do not know why. What I do know is that if he thought you might be using a bot that is the correct way to respond.

Where have I been rude or disrespectful. I asked a question in the forums to get feedback and figure this out. I am fully aware the penalty of using a bot or being a multi and have been around long enough to see it happen. Mikel, Hivemind and the rest let me be clear The only reason this is in the forums is because NS sent me a cmail without clarification or explanation and it freaked me out as it would any other player here. NS has yet to log back in and chat with me so I have been sitting on this for 24 hours without resolution or confirmation. I have invested alot of time, money and resources in the game as well as all of you top players if you received the same cmail and then no response you would be upset also.

Welcome Pix, but sorry my sense of humor about the subject is not there it still has not been resolved and now its gonna be time for work soon.

BH, NS did not do anything untoward in my opinion. He saw some unusual behavior and shot you a message. Nothing beyond that. I wasn't even all that confrontational of a message. I really don't understand why you are offended. Frankly I'm just plain happy the admins are even policing at this point. I know if I got that message I'd wonder why, just as you did, but I don't think I would get offended. I think we all know why he asked at this point and we all know that you have a perfectly reasonable explanation so why not let it go at that?

I think he has a perfectly legitimate reason to want feedback form the person who asked the question. I fail to see how this is a problem at all.

Miteke, let me be clear I am not offended. I too am glad that players and admins are checking. I am upset because I waited four hours for NS to come into chat. Then I decided their had to be some information in the community so I posted. I made no accusations that this was done with negative intentions. In fact it has been identified what the issue is and I have responded accordingly. What I don't understand is why NS let me sit for this long wondering what the details are or his response to my answer. I am not a newbie player why did he leave me hanging for 36 hours now without having a conversation. That is the only part that I am disappointed about nothing more or less.

Not everyone spends every waking moment on or around this game. Why couldn't you wait for a response? Did he freeze your BA, or reset you? All he did was ask a simple question and in his mind not very serious if he didn't bother to follow up quickly. I don't know why you guys seek to crucify Nightstrike in every post. He does this for free and you're lucky he does anything at all. I've seen players in different community's get silenced for far less. I'm just disappointed as I am every time I see a post like this.

Dudster relax I don't see a cross or nails laying around here. I disagree completely asking a long term player if they are a multi or botting is serious and I am genuinely concerned about it. Why are you acting like you know his thoughts? I have not been disrespectful, rude or made any accusations if so please highlight. The only thing that needs to be done is for him and I too have a talk and the result of that conversation will be posted here. I am a huge fan of CB and of NS and the other Admins. I'll be in chat around 12 est tonight for ANYONE to ask questions regarding this issue.

It's not wrong. But you are adults so maybe you should act like it instead of throwing childish tantrums. Put it this way: If you're child wanted a toy would you rather have a quiet conversation about why they can or can't have it? Or would you prefer they start screaming and you address it that way?

OK I cannot answer this for BH but I can for myself. It's dependent on the situation. Sometimes being rational with a child can be done other times it cannot. So in the event you cannot be rational you must change the tactic used up to and sometimes including corporal punishment.

I have not accused anyone of anything. I simply asked a question and it seemed to be a fair one cause the information behind the question came out. And I as explained above answered it. I would have included this information when leaving a message like NS did but hey things happen and sometimes you cause a chain reaction you did not intend to. For example I started this thread looking for information and simply that not for you Dudster to make inflammatory remarks that are simply not true. So sometimes you learn that you can cause a chain reaction that you did not intend to have happen.

But to use your example Dudster (And I do not feel this way) But its more like My girlfriend left me a message on my answering machine accusing me of cheating on her with no explanation on why she thinks that. So what do you do... you go to your favorite hang out and ask your mutual friends "Hey what did I do?" and then one of them says "Hey you idiot this is what you did" And then I respond with "No this is what happened really. I didnt do that"

Was not trying to get on your case. Just pointed out that paying attention to that sort of thing is his job. Was not trying to say you where being rude or anything.
