My questions (in General)

what do i have to do to get rid of my encumbrance? it is currently .30
what are some items i should be looking to buy to help out my minions? i got close to 5mil. my only char that has anything is my mage
is my strat still a decent one to run?

I believe encumbrance occurs when you wear gear that is too powerful for your minion to handle. If a minion gets encumbered at 2,000,000, and you wear gear with a net worth of $2,500,000, you can expect it to suffer encumbrance. You'll need to wear gear that has less net worth to get rid of encumbrance. In this case, the net worth of your gear should not exceed $2,000,000, because you get encumbered at 2,000,000.

You can either Increase your ENC, by training STR, Skills or EO/D.

Or you can reduce the amount of NW you have equipped.

You can also increase your strength through items like the Buckler of Mandos , Amulet of Might, Troll Skin Armor or Tulka's Gauntlets. However this is only by a percentage, GL is right that the best bet is to Train the Intrinsic.
