Not a robot! (in General)

DarkCloud April 17 2013 8:23 AM EDT

I swear that I am not a robot, but my stupid smart phone and auto correct make it impossible to answer bot checks sometimes! Or maybe I am a robot, after all the Internet would not lie to me. Guess I'll defrag my brain while I wait to fight again.

THE WORST! BA Doesn't even reagan during your hour ban

At least my dance skills improve when I am a robot!

Might not be your phone, I have had invisible botchecks, improperly answered botchecks and a few times completely blank areas for Botcheck no matter what I type. I have found doing a phone reboot helps but it quickly goes back to the same things. I have used both mine and my wife's phone with the same results. So this could be a mobile issue on the sites end.

Honestly, these bans would be slightly bearable if the BA would at least regen. Fight, fight, fight, stop to go make food, come back 10 mins later to see a bot check waiting. :'(

What phone?

DarkCloud April 18 2013 12:46 PM EDT

iPhone 5

Motorola RAZR HD and apparently a few others to boot. There is another thread involving this as well: http://www.carnageblender.com/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=003Kif

Wait, the razr doesn't work, either? I've tested this on my gf's phone quite a bit. She has a droid 4, but it's the same platform. Is it only when you're trying to use the "mobile" fight page?

FYI, my random problem went away after a few days. Not sure what happened.

Fishead April 19 2013 1:07 AM EDT

I don't have problems on my Droid 4, but i recently got a Toshiba (Android) tablet and can't enter botckecks using the default browser. Changing to Chrome or Firefox works fine. Could be a combination of hardware and software.

Zenai [Cult of the Valaraukar] April 19 2013 1:10 AM EDT

mine goes back and forth. I have found one of the most stable browsers is in fact Dolphin with Photon being a close second(I hate the ads so I nixed it.)

Try now. I admit I pretty much exclusively test on chrome. I don't really have lots of phones around.
