Age is no longer an excuse! (in Off-topic)

I was totally blow away when I read about this woman and then saw pictures of her. At 36 I feel totally at a loss for any words other than gym and diet when my weight comes into question.

Hey I just pulled it off of her site I had no idea it was gonna pop up that big, even in the preview it was no that However it does show without concealment that she doe look quite young for her age. It's rare to see but it does show that not only can it happen but can also he done. She has a full routine with dietary directions and the whole 9 yards. My first goes was she was a good looking 40 year old......when I was told 70 I called bullcrap. Then I ran across her site, did a lot of reading and video watching. I am sold and feel quite behind the bar. She is my new inspiration for getting back on the workout horse and thought I would share.

I'll be the first to say the clothes can definitely hide the bad and show the good, but I am also educated in the effects of being healthy. If she admits to no plastic surgery, then notice the smoothness of her shoulder into the "tight" sleeve, nothing sagging around eyes, chin, neck. The human body has the ability to stay "young" if treated properly.

Just for the record yes she was wearing a wig and makeup and the picture was indeed flattering. To drive the point home she is a true showing of a Mesomorphic Body Type for a woman. Part of this is good genes I am sure, look at Mark Walberg, Halle Berry, Cindy Crawford, Denzel Washington and Sylvester Stalone to name a few in the same "Aging Well" boat. Keep in mind though this woman has been doing heavy workouts and eating properly for 31 years. Literally she is doing what people have professed you should do in workout circles and doctors offices worldwide and she has herself to show for it. Take it for what you will, she is well documented so I for one am impressed.
