How small should one keep the favorites list? (in General)

This is something I've been wondering for a while now. What counts as 'a few targets' by the current player base's standards? What's the average size of an 'optimal' favorites list? 5 opponents? 8? 10?

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.

I keep my list only as small as the pool of high challenge bonus targets. Compromise if waiting for targets to refresh is too much of a pain early in the morning.

As many as you can.

As long as you getting high reward percentages.

It is a lot faster with more targets.

With my ncb I am going with 10 I am getting 100% right now but as I grow I need to delete the old and add the new, to keep it at 100%.

At some point I will have fewer targets and my list will get smaller.

As my reward percents go down I will take the best target I can get.

But, I would want a least 5 and that still goes pretty slowly.

I don't think there is really an "optimal" number. I would recommend at least more than 3. 3 and less makes you want to shoot something. But anywhere between 5-10 is perfectly fine. It just depends how much time you have to spend on CB. The less, the bigger your list should be.

The optimal size for reward purposes might be 1.
However, that's wholly impractical for anybody but the most die-hard players for a limited time, due to the insane time requirements (under normal circumstances, you will waste nearly two hours per login, and only need less when you're lucky to have your target online and fighting while you fight them).
Also, it's sort of annoying for your target if you're both part of fighting clans, and you might elicit some unconventional "responses" to that tactic, which could easily affect your rewards negatively.

The optimal size for convenience purposes is "as high as it will let you", possibly needing only a few minutes per login.
However, that's fairly poor rewards-wise, since you're forced to include plenty of weak targets.

Everybody will have to decide what they consider an acceptable compromise.
Personally, I would say that less than 5 is simply not worth bothering with, and more than 20 starts being a waste.
Somewhere between 7 and 15 is probably what's arguably best for most people.

1 man fight lists are no fun.. I know from experience.

Well depends on what are optimizing your fight list for. Best experience gains? Saving Time? It really comes down to how much time do you have to play during the day and how much do you care about rewards.

Down lower you'll generally have less good opponents, but at the top you can easily have 10-15+ good clan targets (at the moment at least). But if you don't care about any of those factors you can go with a 40-50 person fight list (if you can manage it) and clear out your BA in about 3 minutes >_>

Yea that's me Xeno. My 40 targets are in clans.
