Hello (in New players)

So I played CB about 9 years ago (my old account had a CB 2008 shirt on, I guess?) and I just picked this back up.

I'm trying out a build based on a guide, but so far it looks outdated as it mentions a skill that no longer exists.

Mostly I'm ticking things off on the tutorial and doing this to earn money to heal, because I spent every last dollar I had and now can't attack anyone (because I can't heal).

If anyone is looking to sell/rent/lend/any of the above a number of items, I could always use the assistance. Under the advisement of a clanmate, I'm trying out a specific build and so I need to look for: 3x Amulet of Focus, 2x Breastplate of Expertise, 4x Cornuthaum, 4x Spellboosters.

PM me or reply here if anyone feels like doing me a solid, otherwise I'll just grab what I need from auction as it comes around.

Also: I saw somewhere that I shouldn't upgrade gear until I'm out of NUB. Is that just using BAs? Or Even the Blacksmith?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the rule of thumb just applies to forging it yourself - the rationale that it's more efficient to use the BA for fights and pay the blacksmith to forge it for you.

Will look through my stuff when I get the chance, I may have a couple items you're looking for.
