Slay the 15-headed Mythical Hydra!

Gladiator Tiny was sparring in the separate playgrounds next to the arena.
All was fine until a very loud rumbling and screeching noise came from those playgrounds.
A pair of Mythical Hydras kept secure to be one of the opponents for multiple combatants broke loose and had eaten Gladiator Tiny.

The 10 most powerful Gladiators killed one of the Hydra's but they were with too few to kill the second.
Gladiator Razorback the Sharp was eaten just before Gladiator Adrastos cut off one of the heads.
Unfortunately, his blade was not hot enough to singe the wound and 2 heads grew back instead and Razorback was lost.

Gladiator AoD managed to get a draw and made another head grow back, now the Hydra has 12 heads and walks around in the Arena.
Gladiator Freekius managed to get a stalemate and made another head grow back, now the Hydra has 13 heads.
While trying to save Paegniarius Aetius from being eaten alive he failed and made another head grow. If he makes another draw or stalemate, he will be killed by the Hydra himself!

Every day it will kill and eat the most weak Gladiator unless all of it's heads would be cut off by the remaining 10 gladiators who didn't kill the other yet.
Gladiator Demi Maximus was too eagre to fight the Hydra and cut off a head with a cold blade, now 2 grew back instead of one being cut and singed.

Orders for all Gladiators:

Kill the remaining 15 headed Hydra!
The heads all have to be chopped off simultaneously for the beast to be slain (not realtime of course).
If you fail to kill the hydra before the tournament is over, everyone will die!


Notes:
A loss will render you unconscious and not able to attack the Hydra again, making an attempt during that day is not wise.
A draw is not a win, performing a draw will make the head you cut off grow back on with an additional.
A stalemate would also be counted as a draw as you didn't kill it.
