Tournies were cool, we need admins to start fining random people (random people being anyone but me, obviously) so we can get some nice prizes and get tournies back into the game. ;)

The only tourney I found interesting was the Shop Tourney.
A CB2 tourney would be nice, though.

I don't miss cb1 tournies because "stories" and restrictions ruined them eventually.
Decay could never be used which is stupid as it has disadvantages and is part of the game anyway and there was no freedom.
I would like tournies if they could be reinstated in the form of those when Beren or Snugglebunny were in charge because at least then whenever "stories" were involved there was still room for movement.

this doesn't make any sense as todd (at least i think he did) said that he perhaps would try.

the fights of your tourney character count towards clan points of the clan you are in.
tournaments will only last for 1 week MAX (or less than 1 week)

i miss tourneys! i couldnt always do them because of time...but when i had a chance i did:) i owe my cb1 supportership to tourneys and for that i am very grateful

I'm confused. Would a yes answer be "Yes, the tournies are an aspect of cb1 that I miss, and would like to see in cb2." or would it be "Yes, I miss cb1 tournaments, AvoidCXT needs to get off his lazy butt, stop this no rule crap, and make some actual tournaments."

Tournaments, though often cutthroat, provide a great way for mid- to low-run characters to outfit their minions with gear they wouldn't be able to afford for a long time. It's also a good way to cheese people off when TourneyPrizes outbids them by $1000 for that Two-Handed Flail they've been drooling over, thus inciting them to complain openly in the forum. You know who you are.
