Eh, I haven't been able to vote in about two weeks or so.
Able to vote on monday this week for the first time since the bug started to appear. :)

The bug has now started to affect me as well. It started when I missed a week of voting. Now I have no vote and have had no vote each week since missing the one week.
I haven't missed a vote in who knows how long, but now I've got a problem voting too.

I've been able to vote each week, but not at a predictable time. Sometimes I might vote on Sunday and then on Monday I can vote again, other times I vote early in a week, then can't vote again until near the end of the next week. I can't explain it...
I am guessing that this is related to server restarts outside of cache flush before all of that was fixed. I can't recreate it.
