Change Request: Longer fights. (in Changelog)

The best I can determine, the limit of 20 rounds of fighting is arbitrary.
I have implemented a sort-of new strategy that's making a lot of my fights last for a long time. In fact, a good proportion of them last more than 15 rounds. Many of my fights end in stalemates. More of them would end in stalemates except I take those people off my fight list since stalemates are even worse than losses for $ and XP.
The stalemates I'm involved in aren't because we aren't damaging each other, it's because we're only doing a little damage to each other. It's the big ToJ's - they can't hurt me much because of DB's, Evasion and a big DX. And I can't hurt them much because they have big Endurance.
So, a simple request: Have fights last 24 or 25 rounds. I know it's a big change in some respects, but hopefully the coding is easy.
And yeah, I could change my strategy. Do we all want to have the same few cookie-cutter strategies? Besides, I just spent $1 mil to add some offense with a 3rd minion. Problem is everyone has such a big AMF up here that he's almost completely useless. If I could get my money back, I'd fire him. Maybe I should have added some X's to my sword, but what's done is done.
Looking around, I see quite a few fights lasting a long time. Endurance is here to stay. I'm not the only one having this problem, am I? 20 was pretty arbitrary. What would it hurt to raise it a little? Please?
ToJs are causing me to be in a lot of stalemates. it is really more annoying than a loss. a few extra rounds would be very nice.
That is reasonable, since familiars are effectively fifth minions. Increased to 25.

useless question: is it still 3 ranged and then now 22 melee?
an extra ranged round might be nice, but then again it might cause some problems

As the stated request reason was based on the large ToJ sizes (melee) then an extra ranged round would not be a solution based on that reasoning.
Increasing the number of ranged rounds is unwarranted since the vast majority of battles don't go anywhere near 20 or 25 rounds.

Shade: it's up to 3 rounds ranged and up to 25 rounds total. If both parties don't have anything to do in ranged, then you can have 25 melee rounds...

almuric, if 25 rounds still isn't enough, you can also consider dumping evasion for blood-lust, and pumping extra points into those DBs.

Sweet! I saw a battle with someone that I often stalemate with end in a victory after 24 rounds. Definitely one of the best changes yet. This move just made sense. Thanks, Jon. When can we expect the new supporter item? ;p j/k
