also IF he would be forum banned, which i have no information about, then he isn't allowed to post and also isn't allowed to let others post for him (which has been dealt with in the past also)

Shade, perhaps I'm mistaken, but I've never heard of this "Not allowed to have others post offers/confirmations for you when you are forum banned" rule. I see no reason why a person who is banned from the forums should be kept from acknowledging in Public Records when they have made a transaction, or asking somebody to post for them in a FS/WTB. In fact, I've seen it be ok for very long periods of time in the past. Anyone remember when Mythology got forum banned on CB1, but people were making PR and FS/WTB replies for him all the time? Why should this be any different?

It's not any different, people have been posting responses for YOU for a bit of time now, no issue has been brought up by Jon or any other full admin, so I see no issue.

I think you need to refresh your memory Shade on how the outcome of this "been dealt with" turned out...

As my memory of what I assume you are reffering to was that when me and Beren, plus someone else were forum banned there was a spell when we had a lot for sale (especially Beren) and Jon put up a poll asking "should people who are forum banned be allowed to get others to post for them?" the result of which was "yes". After that nothing was really said about it again, until now...

after some hours of discussion i have come to 1 conclusion: let Jonathan take care about forum bans and fines/warnings for them :)

if anyone needs to post for YOU then do so :)
