For the sake of completeness, can you re-cap what it used to be?
:/
How does that change anything?
Ah... Doesn't change the calculations at all, but makes it slightly harder to reduce damage to your ToE cap...

GL is precisely right. When you combine this with the ToE damage reduction change, the net is that armor becomes a lot more important to making a ToE useful, which aims them further away from low-NW and light armour wearing chars(read: SMTOE's). I like it.
But better when used in a team on your high AC wearing tank.

But since a TOE works on all minion you can equip a large TOE on an enchanters and have very heavy armor on your tanks and get a benefit.
For instance I have a 203 AC wall/cobf minions. Thats 40% reduction before the cap on a TOE applies. (melee, i know for magic its less).
Very powerful change for multi-minion TOE teams, not the order but the TOE effects.
i was under the impression ToE only affected the minion wearing it?
never mind that, didnt see the other changelog :P
