Ranged Bloodlust Bonus/Bug?? (in General)

Ok, the battle below shows that my character's minion Bounce fought with dragon valor's minion onslaught. What I don't understand is this...

Bounce: HP: 8,561 ST: 6,330 DX: 6,248 AC: 6 Archery Antimagic Field

onslaught HP: 7,139 ST: 6,592 DX: 6,324 AC: 0 Bloodlust Antimagic Field

My minion is wearing 6 AC worth of items, and is wielding a Vorpal Blade and a Compound Bow with normal arrows.

dragon valor's minion is wearing no AC stuff, wielding a heavy crossbow with bolts, and a great axe.

Look at the damage that his minion is doing in ranged versus mine. How is it that a heavy crossbow with bolts is doing that much more damage than a compound bow.

Also, I know that bloodlust does more damage in melee, but it appears to me that it is also affecting ranged as well. Please feel free to inspect RubberMan/dragon valor both to see what I mean.

And yes my archery is at 1.0.

Just as a side note, this is not just a one-time thing, repeated battles prove dragon valor to be the victor almost every time.

Well I think one needs to know what is the stats of your compound bow and the stats of your arrows vs the stats on his xbow.

ever thought of X10 or greater bolts? hmm would be too high NW since lotien only has 300k nw on that char...

high upgraded xbow impossible either...

either bug or the xbow just does more damage :)

remember archery only adds 40% damage

If you look at his PR, his weapons cannot be much bigger than mine in size because his Networth or am I missing something?

Bolts have a higher base damage than arrows and he has more strength than you. That would count for the difference wouldn't it? At least if your weapons were a comparable size.

His bolts do have a higher base damage, however my compound has a higher base damage than his xbow...

Also, keep in mind these are his stats:

Score / PR / MPR: 17,631 / 13,534 / 11,734

He cannot have that much Networth pumped into his xbow and/or axe because he would have more of a PR hike that he currently has.

He has got 100k NW more (+50% more then you), and whether that is put in his HXBow, his LToA, Ammo, or any combination of these 3, would increase damage to this level IMHO.
Seeing it is both Ranged as well as Melee, my guess is just a bigger LToA.

I thought it might be his LToA but his stats do not reflect that being the case. I am not worried about him against me in the long run. =) I am concerned about the ranged damage he is doing compared to my comparable guy, the only difference between us really is the xbow vs. compound bow. Unless Jonathan chimes in on this, maybe I will never know for sure.

If the tats are equal, imagine him having 50k NW more in his weapons each.
Simply to try out, rent a bow with 50k NW more and see the difference in damage in ranged.

CB has always been that people need to figure out what is most effective, Jon giving away formulas is very rare.

the ST on both minions is almost the same, so it has to be an item NW thing.

also i know that an hxbow isnt too expensive to upgrade in the early X'es so an X5> could be possible.
