Now why am i getting grilled for pwnage defaulting his loan. MegamanV is threatening to get me reset or even banned cuz pwnage sent me his ToA which was collateral for the loan that has been defaulted. Im really confused. . .

even if kitty was to pay back pwnage's debt to fat tony of 760k, that tat is worth about 1.5 - 2 mil.

it was not collateral, you were not loaning it out to him every week until the loan was paid off. it was his property which belongs to kitty now.

it was a verbal agreement. . . The tat was originally a FF which he turned into a ToA. If the loan was defaulted for anyreason the tat would be mine. It is not my fault that kitty agreed to a dumb wager.

I don't think debts are considered "belongings". Actually, debt should be considered an anti-belonging.

i would assume the Tat would have to have been excluded from this deal due to it being colatteral for the loan.

he lied to me about the debt . or his true ownership of the TOA. well , i know after the first confirm to this post. That's why i was a lil' upset. I dont want Fat_Tony lost money 'cause someone tried to use his partial ownership of the TOA into the deal without Tony agreeing to. If Fat_Tony awares of a chance he loose his tattoo or his ability to collect the debt, he wouldn't "root" for this guy. Either way, i dont really care much about the tattoo. I just want less(or none) harrasing new players towards me or my 'low level' clanmates or my clan members from ThePwnageStickz on daily basis. That is all to this post.

I did notice that as soon as this was over the ostracizing began, without a lot of foresight. I think that he learned his lesson, whatever that may be-- I still don't really understand what this was all about.

I say if it's ok with the community to let him retire his character and create a new one. I don't think excluding him in reindeer games, like Rudolph, is really appropriate, though.

Firstly, I have come across a similar issue before I was an admin. A player quit the game and yet had a debt with bulletface. The items from the player that quit went to raresumo because the player only liked him and felt the rest of CB were jerks. Sure he probably ran into the wrong people on the wrong day, but regardless it was what he did.

By all rights the items and money belonged to raresumo, but not the debt. Debt is NOT transferable. It is still pwnages debt in reality and pwnage is responsible for paying it. If player A loans to player B and then player B makes a stupid deal with player C, player C is not responsible for a deal with player A. Now if player C wants to help player A for player B's stupidity or maliciousness, then that is player C's choice.

People should rather be getting on pwnage's case on how he plans to pay his loan now, because it is HIS debt. Aside from that, I do NOT see anywhere in the original agreement that kitty should accept pwnage's debt. It makes no sense what-so-ever that a player WIN DEBT. If that be the case then kitty has the right to decline the bet's prize, which turns out to be of negative value.

As for clan fighting, there seems to be some confusion as to what harm can come out of being farmed. Being farmed is a part of being in a clan, just accept it. Some actually believe that being farmed helps bring their score down and that they get better rewards by fighting people with higher score. Regardless it is still a fact that your score has one of the lowest effects on ones rewards. Plus being farmed means that people are more likely to draw or lose to you, which gives you free xp and cash without using any of your BA. So please don't complain about such a blessing.

If I am retired how am I expected to pay my debt? I can't and thats the end of that kitty is STILL gaining something from this, and after she found out about the loan I privite messaged her and asked her if she wanted to call it off before she made huge changes to her charecter, but she continued, therefore it's her own fault...

It is both of your faults that you did not understand the stakes in the wager. However, if the tattoo was in fact Tony's than it should go back to him. The reasoning is because it was not ThePwnageStickz's in the first place, again if that is the case. The debt would then be obsolved, that is why it is called a collateral item. If the tattoo was not Tony's then everything would go to Kitty. I'm sorry Tony that is how it works. You know this. I don't know the details of the tattoo but it really is this simple.

Should have thought about that before you made the bet. And besides, I won't reset you unless the person you are in debt to asks AND can prove you have defaulted. That's the rules. A reset for you would be a favor. As for the tattoo, if it was on loan and was collateral then maybe Tony should keep it and you therefore still owe kitty a tattoo of equal size or cash equal to it's value, since you also promised it to her.

It was a stupid bet when it started, your just finally seeing how stupid it really was. Plus, don't try to force someone into being a multi, that's just underhanded. You can still start over again and fight with a new character if you wish to. Your debt is not unpayable and there is always the option of USD. Now stop being stupid.
