CONGRATS MONTY (in Off-topic)

Monty is sooo happy today.

He just bought a new computer today for 1200 usd. Only 950 of it was his the rest was his parent's.

On behalf of the cb1 and cb2 community I would like to say I am proud that the cb community could help pay for your computer, by the selling of your hard earned cb1 and cb2 for usd.

Depends on the hobby horse. If it is just a simple "rocking" type, then it can't wear out unless gravity decides to change it's rules. I would say there is a better chance of gravity changing it's stripes before Monty does (at least what he has recently shown us, and I really do try my hardest to like the guy...)

By the way folks, just because Ranger has a "QB" next to his name does not mean he can't beat a dead horse, use sarcasm, or just be flat out bitter. He can do whatever he wants...it's a free country, remember?

Or perhaps more of the community needs a wake-up call if a QB feels the need to bring this to light. I used to try and offer Monty support, but I can honestly say after this that I'm no longer rooting for him to do the right thing. Not that he can't, it's that he won't.

Well let me try to explain it for you Monty, once again you had assets (like 48mil cb1$, for example) and instead of using it to pay your debts, you spent it on yourself. I do not think where you got the cash is as important as you having the cash and not using it to pay off your debts. Yah I know, but I can't play CB without a computer to spend BA to pay off your debts, well as I metioned in a post on cb1, that will be immaterial shortly as playing cb will not be a problem for you much longer.

Your use of the word "pwned" intrigues me, I was under the impression that being "pwned" was more like getting reset on cb1 for acting like a debt n00b, then banned from cb1 for acting like a debt n00b on cb2. I thought being "pwned" was Having 5+ flame threads created where the entire community ripped on you, or having almost every player criticize you for being a n00b on a daily basis. I was thinking "pwned" was more like playing for one year+ only to be reset for being a debt n00b. Finally, I thought "pwned" was Feeling the need to brag about what little you have left (IE a new computer), in chat due to having _nothing_else_ to brag about (in RL or CB). that seems a little more like getting pwned to me. Pwnage is in the eye of the beholder I suppose, and Monty, you are out of your league as usual.

Now lets end this. Ban Monty and lets all move on in our lives.

This is what. . . the tenth post about monty this week. Honestly, just ban him already. Its quite obvious that the overwhelming majority of the community is for this action. Im sick of it and all of you are too.

In a nutshell, if Monty has borrowed CB2 from people and then sold that CB2 ( whether in CB2 form or item form) for USD to pay for a computer, then that act is utterly reprehensible.

It doesn't matter how old people are, if they believe that they can make mistakes and do wrongs and suffer no punishment then they will never understand the consequence of their actions. This attitude of 'letting things slide' or 'I'm only 14' only makes things worse.

When Monty reaches an age where he has to work for a living to support his family, he'll soon come crashing down to earth if he thinks he can act the same way with the 'real' world.

The fact that he didn't honour his debts when given an opportunity to do so shows an enormous lack of respect for his fellow CBers and respect for other people in general.

He obviously enjoys CB a lot, so a fitting punishment would be to take it away from him.

I think he will understand his actions once he charged enough money on the card and then his mom takes a look at it and kicks him out of the house for charging so much money she doesn't have. As far as that social security paycheck goes, how the hell was he able to cash it in the first place, the mother should of been the only one to do so and it shoudn't be his money because the check is for his mother.

Ah who cares, once he spends enough money and lands on the street with his mom maybe then he will learn how money and being in debt works? Once he on the street he will probably just become a begger, wait isn't that what he is doing on cb2 and did on cb1?

With that said, I bet his mom didn't even know he got the check and just took it, cashed it in, asked his mom for 350 which she thought was how much the comp would just cost and thought it was no big deal.

If you are the child of and living with a disabled parent, you also get money sent *IN YOUR NAME* to your place of residence. My girlfriend had it as well, but once she turned 18 it stopped coming, because she is now an adult, even tho she still lives at home.
