HelloKitty is sending me 2.5 million for a BTH, once I receive the BTH I send to her she then loans it to me. I pay her off, 2 weeks max 5% a week.

huh?
He takes care of all transfer fees, 2 weeks maximum,
5% interest rate per week compounded will be in effect right away.
Money sent in full to Tribute.
12.500 to xfer the 2,5mil is also counted
2,500,000*5%= 125k
xfer= 12.5 +9 = 19.5k
total due week 1= $2,644,500
total due beginning of 2nd week: $2,644,500+$132,225= $2,776,725
2 weeks is up ! Payment = $0.00.
Look like a last fair warning is acceptable.
I 'd contact admin in 24 hours for non-payment.
Thanks!

Nexium isn't a scammer, give him some time... reset is always available but wont make friends if he comes back a day after....

perhaps also try an email, people usually check that more often if they have some connectivity problems.

Q: Is it not well within Kitty's right to ask for a reset? After all the loan is defaulted.

ok i have a couple of small pointless points to make
first: wouldn't he have till 10:55 pm server time today to make payment
second: whats the point of a loan using collateral if your still going to demand a reset(he bought a bth for 2.5 mil and then gave it to her)
third: since he hasn't logged in since the 7th but uptill now has been an upstanding member of the community...umm does anyone know where he may live what with everything going on around New Orleans?

You accepted the BoTh as part of the agreement if he defaulted.
You keep it if he doesn't pay you, simple, In my eyes, you don't have any right to ask for him to be reset on top of keeping the item.

Sry, sort of missed the fact that you still had the BoTH. In that case you are entitled to keep the BoTH. The debt is over and you keep any money paid to you so far.
Either keep the BoTH or sell it to get your money back.
If i decide to let the BoTh back to him i have full right to reset then? (just curious)

You had collateral, that's the deal. Why are you so eager to have the dude reset? He got kicked out of his house and is currently homeless.
If you had not agreed to use the BTH as collateral and he still had it, then yes, you could ask for a reset.
I was just askin' questions, jeez. This is my first time loaning money and it didn't go so well i 'd tell you that.

Huh, I see why people are hesitant to loan money.
I here will claim full ownership of this loaned item due to defaulted loan.

Holy cow! We made a major move into a smallers house boxes everywhere trying to clearout, I've explained it many times! I didn't think it would be so long, but hey, isn't moving and real life issuse take priority even over debts, the fact is we had no internet service till today. I even went to the library to contact Kitty, I could fight to pay her because the browser wasn't compatable. Just so long as you don't think I'm unfaithful, I'll still buy the BoTH if you want. This is not a scam for Pete's sake.
