I couldn't play CB all day. I got so much work done that it's depressing. But now I can get my C-enter fix. Ahh, much better...

Does anyone know what happened? with the clan scores the way they are, I guess the server went poo-poo. But then, I was able to ping it all day and get a refuse on telnet, and ignore on ssh suggesting the server was up and the http part was the only thing down..

We locked the site to everyone except a select group of special people.


Which consisted of everyone not getting in.

According to a conversation recorded this evening:

Eventually it did. It worked for a little while once CB2 was down.

I'm assuming this was to fix a bug in the system.

Last night I noticed that about $25,000 would disappear from my character randomly while fighting. So, hopefully, that's fixed now.

The server crashed and had to be hard reset. (If I need downtime to fix a particularly severe bug, I try to schedule it in advance.)

CB1 is still unavailable. I think its IP address was mis-assigned to another host while the server was down. Should get worked out eventually.

I think were all glad you got cb2 up.

The DT's were starting to get real bad.

They've just announced a new internet usage policy at work and I thought they'd blocked me...until I got home...

Good that it is back: I think we should keep this bumped for the people that are too reluctant to look better than their minds work.
