RoS gets 1/2 of level boost to ED (up from 1/3); anti-DM aura effect unchanged.
TBF gets 30% increase to FB resistance.

Nice boost to ROS.
The TBF is still a bit underpowered IMO.

should also increase 30% of fire damage delivered from TOBF
/me agrees with Renovatio
The CoBF was hardcore, but at least the Tat can't ever be that good, since not everyone will want to wear one, whereas you needed a Cloak to beat a Cloak.
