what's going on? (in General)

i lost xp... and almost all my fight list isn't in a clan anymore...

I lost 100 BA and my entire clan got disbanded....

i lost 20k exp on each minion and 100BA i just bought...click home ...2 BA left. also most clans disappeared.

my clan just got disbanded to? said for having a weakly less -1000 which i know isnt true since we where always in the bonus all but fri-sat that is.

it's not a rollback... it's a real bad bug of some sort

All hell is breaking loose.

Jon was doing a restart on the server and something happened that caused some clans to disband. He is aware of the problem.

I clicked on Clans>My Stats and got this: "Look idiot, trying to view a Clan that doesn't exist doesn't win you a magic cookie or anything. Go away. " I thought it was pretty funny. :)

i figured it had to have happen from the "higher source".

i'm sure things will be fixed

I haven't noticed any lost EXP or BA.

But my clan LoM was also disbanded. We've maintained 10% bonus for weeks and had 8.9% an hour or two ago...

Clans will be restored within half an hour. Sorry about that.

surprisingly enough... both of the supreme clans got by unscathed

BA and exp is not recoverable, is it?

i lost over 120 BA that i paid for. But, Im glad its fixed again. :(

if you joined a clan since this morning though you'll probably have to rejoin.

I cannot see any characters in the clans that were deleted. IE Disappointed Llamas have the users in it but not the characters.

Thats correct ranger, I had to rejoin the character into the clan.

membership restored, same caveats.

No restoration of our missing purchased BA?

I'm getting a server error when i try to kick ppl from the clan.

It sounds like there was a lot of purchased BA that got flushed....any chance of a reimbursement?

Gah! I just noticed that the 576 BA I purchased at 478 each are all gone. That's 275k $cb2 wasted! And those were Monday's BA, which I had planned to spend during extra XP time. Can this be restored?

when do the bonuses come back? Clan seems ok, but no bonus to the fights.

Yes that makes sense, but what about loss of $cb2?

guys I hate to say it... but its not Jon's fault and he cant help everyone in the game. Just recoup your losses and ride it out. I know none of you want to hear that but its the truth and most of you must know it. So relax and just return to playing game like normal would you?

I think Jon's answer would be something like:

I can track who bought BA, but not who spent it. So should I reimburse everyone? no.

But I might be wrong.

Would it be difficult to add records in the transfer log for BA purchases? If there were such a record, wouldn't Jon be able to track and reimburse losses in future rollbacks?

I would also like to see ba purchased in transfer logs if only to keep track of how much I'm spending on ba. Unfortunately since the money is not actually going to any character, like the blacksmith or auctioner, I don't think that ba purchases can be tracked. I might be wrong about that though and if not I don't know how hard it would be to change but I think a lot of people would appreciate being able to see how much they spent on ba over a period.

Still getting a server error when I try to kick someone from the clan as well.

the server error only seems to happen when i try to kick someone i had all ready kicked(between where the clan status was saved and where it crashed and was replaced)I can kick ppl who have joined after the crash.

We are still having problems trying to kick people from the clan. Even tried transferring ownership and it did not work.Server Error The required url cannot be accessed due to a system server error on this server.

so this happened before the cache flush but still hasn't gotten fixed by it? :(

dont no if i am putting this in right place but when the clan thing happened i thought the clan i was in wasn't gonna come back so i created a new clan but then the bug got fixed so i disbanded and now i have to wait 2 days is there anyway i can get put back in my clan(Knights who say ni) before that?

the (S)Laughter House clan was also disbanded due to this error... but it has not returned... can anything be done?

all waiting periods were erased shortly before my post immediately prior to this one. If you left the clan after that, you're out of luck.

no more clans will be auto-re-created. if yours is one of the few that is still gone, you'll have to restart it manually.
