Well some people say luck is for losers, well perhaps then I'm a loser :p

Tomorrow at 13:00 Amsterdam time I have a job interview for the application of intern at quite a big company (fuji)

I am almost certain to be accepted but still I'm quite new to it so i'm a bit nervous

AdminShade January 9 2006 9:19 AM EST

Just got back.

was 10 miles by bike forth and also back, but I like riding a bike (bicycle)

all went fine i think, just have to wait until tomorrow for the good news :)

QBBast [Hidden Agenda] January 9 2006 10:02 AM EST

So you cycled 10 miles then changed into interview-appropriate attire in a phone booth, Superman style?

AdminShade January 9 2006 10:08 AM EST

Well the guidelines for the interview perhaps were a bit less strict than you might think.

But I cycled without getting myself sweaty or dirty and was well dressed :)

QBJohnnywas January 9 2006 10:16 AM EST

Hope it goes well for you.

Meanwhile is this where you purchase parts for the upkeep of your bike?

AdminShade January 9 2006 10:28 AM EST

Well I get my bike parts somewhere else :p

But I just got a phone call and it was good news :D

So from somewhere around February I won't be found on CB much, except on evenings :)

QBJohnnywas January 9 2006 10:29 AM EST

That's both a shame and brilliant news. Well done! Best of luck!

Max January 9 2006 10:38 AM EST

Stephen, darn that was funny. A peanuts cartoon, almost.

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] January 9 2006 10:51 AM EST

Mem January 10 2006 11:12 AM EST

You biked 10 miles and managed to not get sweaty?! You must tell me how to do that!

Zoglog[T] [big bucks] January 10 2006 11:14 AM EST

He probably left in good time and went at a reasonable enough pace so as not to be pushing himself to the point of sweat.

AdminG Beee January 10 2006 11:55 AM EST

There's no hills in Holland. I think that had a lot to do with it.
