I'm renting a pair of AG's. They are (0)(+13). However my AC on my char is 14. Is this because of the fact that they are named?

That will be the rounding up of the bonus factor then?
Bonus always rounds up, AFAIK

I knew about bonuses and rounding up but I never realised that bonus giving items like AGs, where the + is also AC gave a bonus to AC. Never noticed before....you learn something new every day!

all armor +'s except those from Displacement Boots and Mage Shields are also considered to be AC.
