In this thread he advertises for someone else's FS thread which is considered hijacking.

I have to agree with Mael. Maybe trigun could have been a little more specific in his post but it looked to me like he was merely trying to be helpful to Tyra and not hijack the thread.

This is perhaps the most retarded fine I've ever seen, Central Bank would have dinero rolling out the doors (more than usual at least) if this "rule" of your was enforced across the board. I see this kind of helpful direction by others on a daily basis.

I will refund Tezmac the money he sent to trigun from my admin character because this was a mistake of me as I didn't see that Tyra was wanting to buy items as well.

Well I couldn't find anything except for Shade's spamming of his RoE rental service when people are explicitly asking to buy an RoE, such as here.
Does this constitute a hijack as well being that you are trying to offer something of yours which someone else doesn't desire in a thread you didn't pay for?

Tezmac, lay it off, that reply was providing a service just in case the person wasn't able to buy one in the meanwhile.

So let me know since when that is spam and I will search out the forum for hundreds of similar posts.

Tezmac: I know you find what Shade did as a stupid mistake, but there's no need to be pissed off about it. I'm sure if you gave time for Shade to come back to this thread and realize he made a mistake (yes, even admins and subadmins aren't perfect), he would have fixed it.
