I just unequipped my MH and attacked someone. In melee, while I hit them with my axbow 2-3 times every other round, I did not leech any HP.

Enchanters only need one thing. That's a big red target that screams "kill me!"

I love to give an enchanter weapons. And here is why:

They might as well be two evenly paired giant tanks, it's the exact same thing. If you don't have haste or GS, then your enchanters will beat on their enchanters, and I think that's flippin cool.

That's if they're still alive come melee....... aw crap.

you do not know how powerful enchanters can be in melee.

i have designed a very new strat in cb it seems, nobody discovered it before me.

perhaps i a m wrong

i am using intensively EC. so with a very small amount of exp devoted to str and dex, my enchanters can kill a lot of persons.

in fact my three enchanters do more damage than my tank, except against ToA...

a minion with 20 ST will do 100 damage perhaps, per lets say 1000.

when facing characters with 1 mil HP total, that is 0,001%, which is PUNY.

So imo you are wasting your money.


also:

when they DO hit, they will be able to be hit by Guardian Angel also, doing damage to themselves also..

my 3 ec spend about 15% of their xp into str.
a little price for huge damages.

What experience have you trained into their ST and DX then?
How much damage do they deal on average?

p.s. not trying to discourage you, if it works then it works :)

15% into str, an epsilon into dx to reach 4,000

together my 3 enchanters do more damage than my tank against mage or enchanters

against non toa tank, a bit less than my tank

my tank plays alone only against toa tank...

and this is with 2 small weapons...
