You have used all your available BA. 8 additional BA are supplied every 10 minutes. (If unused, these will accumulate up to a maximum of 160, so you don't have to hang around waiting for every update if you don't want to.)
Not more than 1 month ago it was 7/10 I was so proud...what is going on?.

It is based off the max mpr in the game. You obviously did not keep up. :P
You need to have about 666k MPR right now to get 7 BA refresh
That would be an interesting stat for Jon to supply. The cut-off points for the different BA rates.
If it was posted someplace it would be one way to help track how quickly the power rates are changing over time.

Community Page, right under the total liquid assets and total item net worth. That's where it should go.
I think it might take up too much space there and unbalance the misc section next to the server info section.
It would be convenient for me to have it on /directory though as that's one of the pages I archive.
Excuse me, I meant the "Trivia" section, not the "Misc" section.

Without realizing it you have revealed to me a secret about yourself. Something I'm sure you meant to hide. But alas you have finally committed your folly Sukotto. I now know the truth, which is... your screen resolution is wider then 1024. :P
On my screen the server info takes 5 lines do to scrunching and trivia only 3. On my screen that leaves 2 lines free for the 2 cut offs that you could display there. Yet, I suppose that my resolution is a bit small for this generation of computers. Makes me shudder to think what it must be like for those that still use 800 by 600.

to get back on topic there already is a wiki page called Battle Allocations which explains something about how much BA you get per 10 minutes and based on what.

Yes when your BA rate goes down your rewards go up (Both fighting and Forging). Or so Jon has always claimed since back in the days of CB1.
