Trying to Restart (in General)

Sup everyone,

It's been ages since I've been able to come online and play...

I wanted to start an NCB char and see how i go but it wont let me check that box to make it one so just wondering whats going on???

I tried asking ppl but either they were not there or they dont know so thought I'd post and hopefully get some answers here ^_^

don't know about why it wouldn't let you check the NCB box, perhaps you have an NCB char somewhere still.

If you made a NCB character within the last 4 months, even if you retired it or transferred it, you cannot make a new one.

Well I've only logged on to check whats been happening on CB every now and then but I havent been actually playing so I dont know of any NCB chars that I may have anywhere
