Admin contest (in Contests)

Once in a while, we admins get a lot of criticism, about how mean we are for banning all those accounts you've spent countless hours on, or for (not) fining those (ab)users of the FS/WTB forum for things that really (not) belong there.
To improve our relation with the users, we could continue reading more BofH stories, but I'd guess a little "Market Research" would lead to better results.

All you need to do to participate in this "Market Research", is to describe in this thread how you think we admins work, or should work. A few example entries, obtained from a carefully selected test group, are shown below.

The best entries are awarded with some prizes, as follows:

Best entry	A Tattoo of Augmentation - lvl 178,670 - 3,131,626
Second	A Jigorokano Familiar - lvl 112,470 - 1,907,077
Third	A Rune of Solitude - lvl 43,920 - 688,478
Extra prize	A Tattoo of Endurance -lvl 6,920 - 97,793

The extra prize is for the first person to show in this thread the picture Todd used to have on his admin character.

Some hints and rules:

• This contest is judged by admins. What more motivation do you need to keep it PG? ;)
• Most admins do have some sense of either humor or humour.
• It doesn't need to be a picture, but pictures do work best.
• For how long this contest runs depends on the quality and quantity of the entries. However do try to post your entry before Wednesday.
• If you enter a picture, make sure it's hosted on a website that allows hot linking. Maybe someone can post a list of good free ones?
• You can enter multiple times, but please don't flood ;)

Admins?! Yuck, horrible creatures.

Sometimes I wonder how Jon picks them, my best theory is after a few too many to drink he throws darts at a board covered in photos of CB's biggest tools. The one he hits first is awarded with our prestigeous admin status.

... Speaking of which... I seem to remember being a sub admin for a while myself... oops.

In all honesty you guys do a good job.
First off, last I checked you're all decent people.
Secondly, there's no bad decisions there. Sure, I've liked a few of the people who have been banned but it's rarely anything personal with you guys, they break the rules and get fair warning then they take a ban.
If an admin were in a bad mood and acts a irrationally banning/fining someone, then I can recall once or twice Jon has overrulled it.
You guys do a good job.

Most people who complain need to take another look at the rules, besides, you guys act all mean with all of the bannings, but really you're all just big soft teddy bears.
Just my humble opinion. ;)

Beee has lost a few pounds since this one was taken. The shoes go better with his skirt/purse ensemble than his admin uniform.

I know it, it took us a while, but finally all the votes are in, and processed.

The prizes are awarded as following:

   This picture got 8/7 points, more than enough for the first place. The Tattoo of Augmentation - lvl 178,670 goes to Bast

   With 88/105 points, this is the second prize winner. Congratulations Oddbird, with your Jigorokano Familiar - lvl 112,470.
3. 
   This is the third prize, with 71/105 points. The Rune of Solitude - lvl 43,920 goes to Carbon.

In case you're wondering: the total number of points was 6 (1 each per admin). Together the 3 winners scored 44% of all points, 12 pictures got nominated by at least 1 admin.
