Well, I've had my computer for sometime, and I want to keep it on when I go to sleep, now, I know it's not that much noise, but I don't know, I was just wondering if there is anything that can make it run quieter?

Wrap it completely in a blanket, the thicker the better.
This does not, however, guarantee that your computer will be working in the morning.
Assuming Windows XP, adjust "Power Option Properties" to shut down hard drive.
Also, try cleaning the fans (both processor fan and power supply) ...perhaps replace them with quieter versions.

What you hear is the fan/s running. Look into getting a new fan, or you could just try cleaning the inside of the tower. Leave the computer plugged in, just make sure the power is off, and use antistatic strips.

You can buy a spraycan of condensed air to clean out the dust from the fans. If they still make noise, a new processor fan or power supply aren't all that expensive.
I use a laptop and when it's heating up too much I wedge something between the table and the laptop to give it some air.
...you probably have a desktop though.

1: buy silent fans or go with water cooling
2: buy silent sleeves for your hard disk drives, i assume you want to download while being asleep.
3: place your pc not directly next to your bed
additional:
4: play some music while going to sleep, play it soft to not be annoying but to put you asleep
5: buy some sound insulation plates for the desktop

Add some
Dynamat or other sound deadener to the inside of the case.
Use grommets on the fan mounts to cut noise from them being transferred to the case.
Get a fanbus that will allow you to reduce the speeds of the fans when the PC isn't in use.

If you really want a quiet PC, then get a fanless power supply and use something like a Pentium M or another low power processor. Combined with a really big heat sink, you could run that with either no CPU fan, or a very silent one.
If you want a quiet Heatsink and fan, get a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. VGA coolers can also be very loud. A Zalman VF700 or VF900 are about as quiet as they come. The only bad thing is just those two come up to $80-$100 USD after shipping.

Put the power settings to hibernate. Why you want to keep it on while you sleep is beyond me its not like letting the PC shut down for a bit is killing it or you

Water cooling is the path I went.
Quiet and pricey all at once.

Shade is right - hibernate sucks big time! Stupid MS has never got their energy setting features to work right.
You need a magic fan. Not a computer fan - a floor fan. I had a magic fan when I was in college and I could turn it on high on weekends when I got home from the after hours party and sleep like Rip Van Winkle. And let me tell - that guy could sleep. People would have to call the RA after about three days to see if I was still alive in there.
My fan was a combination stool/fan that shot the air up - IT WAS EXCELLENT! We used to sit on it and pretend we were flying away. Definitely good for cooling the nads on a hot day. Anyway, what were we talking about ?

Those spray cans about $5.00! Why use one when you can take you CPU outside, plug in a standard lawn blower, open up your CPU case, and use the lawn blower like a giant spray can of air! It works EXTREMELY well and costs about as much as the power it uses for 30 seconds.
Sleep well - use earplugs.
