BA switch from 8/10 to 7/10 (in General)

Not sure if everyone knows as common knowledge, and not sure if it is a changing figure, but the 7/10 switchover is currently at what appears to be 45% of top MPR. For some reason I thought it was 65%, so that is why I was surprised (and am posting).

Feel free to discuss or even add to the Wiki (I didn't see it, but I can never find anything on there in any case). And before anyone says "add it yourself", I won't add it myself because there are folks out there who have done a lot more on the Wiki and have a better idea of where such a fact should go (if such fact is even deemed wiki-worthy to begin with. That I know not). Just because one "can" do something does not mean one "should" do something. *smile*

Though yes, I have to admit, the power rating page is somewhat hard to reach as the power rating page is linked from several pages also but none of them is linked from the main page.

I remember doing a study on that back on CB1, but I didn't know if the formula had changed or not.
