yes its a raffle, and the prizes are:

first: Minas Morgul 251,521 / 107,442 / 107,442

Rules and Conditions:
- there can be a max of 51 numbers, so 0~50
- tickets costs 2k each
- you can buy a max of 5 tickets
- raffle will only proceed if half of the numbers are sold rounded up that would be 26 (so not enough numbers means that you get all your money back).
- choose a number (post it of course) and send the money to Personal Trust Fund

" Item only raffles may continue to be held in FS/WTB." from Contest post.

If you do in fact add more numbers and it goes over the Xfer rate, I would say you'd need to put it in FS/WTB

AdminShade May 7 2006 5:45 PM EDT

question, and I will require an answer:

Is this a raffle or a contest?

if contest => you DON'T get to keep any of the money you gained from this 'contest'
if a raffle => this should have been posted in FS/WTB forums as per the forum guidelines/rules and this thread should be moved accordingly.

If this is in fact a raffle in terms of you wanting to keep the money, then also a $2k fee per reply you made should be applied, or at least some fee to prevent you from having 'all free bumps'.

If you don't reply to me (in chat mail) I will assume you not wanting to give me an answer and I will move the thread, assuming it is a raffle, and additionally fine a $35k fee which is $25k standard + $10k for the 'bumps'

I will check this thread when I wake up again, or when another admin notifies me that it's settled.

Kind regards

Shade

i would think its really cheap (no offense) to add mroe numbers cause than all of us who did pitch in would of probably picked different numbers which in this case the numbers are between 1~50 so we picked those say if it was between 1~75 than we might of picked numbers in the high 50's 60's or 70's, i think its kinda cheap if you change the numbers on us.

so are you adding more numbers or staying at 1-50? Now would be a good time to change it if you feel you need to...
