I believe I have waited patiently long enough. While I have been waiting he has bought a Character and is now buying a Tattoo from BMWheatley. I would like to resolve this in a friendly manner (IE you pay me the 4m you owe me) if not I will seek actions from an admin.

but he's got 5mil on his first character, which makes no sense to me......

have you asked him directly to pay you?

perhaps he has another use for 5 millions of cash.....

To what end, UltimaSpock? Suppose you lend someone 1 mill, with a firm repayment date 1 week from receipt. Are you claiming to have any power to enforce that agreement if the loanee doesn't repay until the next day? Most transactions in CB are made under the ASAP idea, with the understanding that people will make a sincere effort to live up to it.

UltimaSpock, imo you shouldn't put your head where it doesn't belong.

scytale is toast, i think he's avoiding us now, because he's going to get pounced on for cash when he gets back.

He told me that he has been having internet problems. Thats what Chelon told me when i asked him about it. So I dont really want him reset too soon, even if he is lying, which I don't think he is.

BMW I really don't want to have scytale reset at all. If he logs on, gets my/shades/your CM and still refuses to pay me then and only then will i ask for an admin to do something about it.

For the moment, the most reasonable explanation is that he has forgotten about it. That is also what I believe the purpose of this post, to remind him of it (most would use Chat Mail for that ;)

bartjan i have reminded him on numerous occasions this thread is my final attempt at resolving this in a friendly manner. He has the money he owes me if, instead of repaying me, he buys BMW's tat then I am going to seek action from an admin. Believe me I do not want to go that route but if he refuses to pay me then it leaves me no choice.

all it took was time... and edyit.. shame on you, you caused alot of unneccessary problems, nad now i have to explaiun all this to shade so that i dont get reset.. if i do, then fine.... it was a good run , and it is sad to see so many people complaining about stuff, which, legally(according to the deals made), they should not be complaining about... luk,ey is getting like 1mil in intrest... it would be really great if this got reduced, but whatever which means that lukey _is_making_1_million_for_nothing_... which i will gladly pay (with just a bit of annoyance... i mean really, 1mil?!!?!?!)
