After 1 week, CB is no longer attempting to deliver your mail to Dudley Dotson.

This means that he has been given 2 attempts and 2 weeks to reply to my chat mails to pay back any and all debts he has made. I will now confiscate his character and money and await requests of other players to have him reset.

Also he has scammed someone out of a deal so I'd even be willing to file for a ban.

I have sent an email also, no reply.

In one of those threads he defaults on a bet, in another he defaults on another bet.
In one of those he even openly excuses for letting his brother play (which is multi behaviour imo, and thus reason for a possible ban if it is true)
