bot check madness (in General)

I just got about 5 bot checks in about 20 fights!

What's the worst treatment you've gotten from the annoying bot checker?

once every 2 fights during extra xp time have like 4-5 bot checks.

i've had 5 in a row..... :(

meh, people always whine or complain when getting a lot of bot checks.

why doesn't someone complain for getting too few bot checks?

done that before too :P i once had a full day without any botchecks

i think i had around 12 on one cycle on the X of my MH (29 BA)

yeah you aubviously did not fight much that day dark demon.

I went 60 something fights without a botcheck once, started with 160 BA and did not get a botcheck till i was in the 90's. I was chuffed to say the least.

Five in a row? Hm, weird, I have _never_ had even two in a row. I assumed there was some check stopping that. You sure you had five in a row?

Should have been here when Forging first started on CB1. Sometimes you would get 2 or 3 bot checks in a row for a single BA.

BTW: I haven't had a bot check since Jan but I not going to complain. =)

By now I would have assumed nobody even noticed bot checks anymore 0.o

hitting enter over and over without entering a response is NOT getting five in a row.

At first this thread seemed familiar . . . deja vu . . . and then I recalled where I heard it before. This is from an old chat log and these users have retired, but it may sound familiar to some of you. ;)

It could get me forum banned. We were in the worst bot-check streak I ever dreamed of. There were letters like fireflies all over the screen. His first response was wrong, and he was wounded, but he could've made it back. He stayed in it, saved three users before he bought it.

Viper: Well that's not something the CB community tells mentees when the bot check occurred late in the day in some time zone.
Maverick: So you were there?

Viper: Simple. First you've built a good enough char to show up tomorrow and graduate with your Top Gun class, or you can quit. There'd be no disgrace. That streak of bot-checks was tough, it would've shook me up.
Maverick: So you think I should quit?
Viper: I didn't say that. The simple fact is you feel responsible for Goose and you have a confidence problem. Now I'm not gonna sit here and blow sunshine, Lieutenant. A good blender is compelled to evaluate what's happened, so he can apply what he's learned. Out here, we gotta push it. That's our job. It's your option Lieutenant. All yours.

Thought I got a bot check every fight today - then I realised it was my character image :-)

I look forward to bot checks - just in case a funny one comes up :)

Jonathan had to save me from the store once over on CB1. I got 25 in a row before he made the storekeeper kick me out the door. I promised that I wouldn't act like I was shoplifting in the candy aisle again.
