What an incredible terrible [fill in whatever semi unpg words you can find] match that was.

Almost 20 yellow cards of which some even lead to 4 !!! red cards !!!!

And what a display of acting talents from the Portugese players, horrible!

But the Dutch team also didn't play very well, shame on them also!

probably and idiot referee, like for the Australia V Croatia match.

Good job ref! Makes it easier for the England team :P

Yeah, that Russian ref is so over-rated.He started off badly by failing to send off that Dutch defender who did a horror tackle on Ronaldo and lost control from there onwards.

Van Basten did his bit to make sure Holland failed to qualify though. Having one of the best strikers in the world & leaving him on the bench because he might not be giving 100% is, well, odd to say the least.

The Russian ref is just trying to make amends for his countrymans massive blunder back in 1966 to gift the world cup to England. By sending off Deco from Portugal he's made it easier for the English to get into the semis this year.

Bleh, I'm not bitter.

I feel your pain Shade.

Bah, we only got through on a stupidly good/lucky/one off Beckham free kick.

We won't see the likes of that again...

Flamey June 26 2006 5:33 AM EDT

happened in englands first game off a free-kick as well.
