Are seeker arrows supposed to supercede the AOI? (in General)

Just wondering if you equip seeker arrows, and target a high level mage wearing a AOI, which takes priority.

The seekers or the AOI?

Right now it seems to me the seekers do but I wonder if that is what is supposed to happen. Or are seeker arrows magical damage, since the AOI protects vs physical damage.

Thoughts?

AoI ignores spells, that's something we know (but doesn't concern your question)

I believe it should target mages over the first minion in line, seeker arrows don't see ;)

i don't think seekers ever got calculated as magical damage.

but if you use a real example being like a homing missile on a plane, the missile will still hit whether its invisible or not.

its same here i don't think it matters whether your invisible or not if it wants to hit you because you have trained a DD spell then it will hit you.

or the AoI can completely cloak the fact you have a DD spell trained but who knows. i think im right, i think it would still hit because you are a mage.

I'm glad seekers, as well as Axbows and Exbows, work like they do. Wouldn't it be a bit much if one supporter item made useless all three? It still helps against those with the added evasion. But not to the point of being ridiculous.

yes, but 1 spell made axbows and exbows useless.

skill, not spell
