Ranger/ArthurPendragon deal possibly gone bad (in Public Record)

Via CM's that I have copies of, ArthurPendragon agreed to sell me 3.3M cb2 for 33 USD. I sent the PP this AM. As of right now I have yet to receive the cb2. The PP was already delivered to him.

I have sent ArthurPendragon 2 CM's (which he has received) without a response.

I would like an admin to look into this matter.

As the CM's I have given him have been received by him, without a response from him, I have to assume he is scamming me.

Wonder of wonders.

Less then 30 min after this post, viola, the cb2 arrived.

Indeed. And I was just about to contact Arthur.

When you make a deal, especially one involving USD for CB2, it is wise to not ignore CM's. Certainly not after the USD was already sent, and I could see you received my 2 CM's after that fact.

Since you have been doing this for months, one would think you already knew this. But, alas, I was mistaken. I guess in the world according to ArthurPendragon, one can ignore CM's, E-mails, and phone calls at will. And keep business partners in the dark on when they will, if ever, get their money.
