I would like to know if how much nw added to pr is related to the mpr of the character or not. Meaning if I've got a pair of elven boots (10) +20. Will this add the same amount to pr regardless of the mpr level?

it adds an amount of PR proportional to the mpr level. It should be stated in one of the changelogs but I don't remember which (or if it's stated in the wiki/help)
I've looked in wiki about PR/MPR not much there.Anyway someone who understands the whole dynamic write an exhaustive couple paragraphs on keeping it peachy?I'm still not sure I really get it.

The amount of pr armor adds is based on the total xp of the minion using it.
